The Black History Month Committee of Riverside is a 501(c)3 organization, consisting of dedicated volunteers, focused on the development of events and activities that promote positive family and cultural interaction in a cross section of communities.
Committed To Excellence, the Black History Month Committee of Riverside is governed by an Executive Board. These individuals, highly respected in their professional fields, bring forth a management style that is second to none.
Focused on accomplishment and not bureaucracy, these individuals (all volunteers) work tirelessly to ensure the organization is functioning at its highest standard at all times.
So, join us as we support the community and our youth. Become a volunteer in 2010, for we know "It Takes A Village To Raise A Child." And, because of this the Black History Month Committee of Riverside strives continuosly to create ways all youth can be a part of the community in which they live. Knowing, what is given, shall be given back.
